How do I create an account
You can create an account for free by clicking on ‘Create an Account’ on the apps launch page. A valid email address is required and you create a password for your account
You can also create and account automatically by logging in using your Facebook or Gmail accounts – click on either button and the app will create an account using your name associated with your Facebook or Gmail account.
How do I log in
Click on ‘Already have an account’ link on the apps launch page and you will be asked for the email address and password used to create and account
You can also log in with your Facebook and Gmail accounts by clicking on the relevant button on the launch page
What if I forgot my password
Click on “forgot Password” to create a new password.

How do I create my own event
On your events tab, click on the + in the top right corner and complete your event details
How do I send invites
After you have created your event, click on your event within your event tab and click on ‘Share Event Information’ which will bring up a share function within your phone where you can send by text, messenger, email etc, or simply copy the link and paste into any messaging app on your phone/tablet.
How do I edit my party
Within your event tab, click on your event and within the event detail there is an ‘Edit Event’ button which will enable all fields to be edited and saved once you’ve made the changes you need. Any of your event goers will have the details automatically updated.
How do I search for party providers
Click on the ‘More’ tab and you will see various party providers sorted by category. Click on the category you require and you can filter the providers by distance to you based on your current location.
How do I contact party providers
Click on a party provider in the ‘More’ tab and you will see all of their details. Phone, Email and Website are all hyperlinked so you have direct access at the click of a button.
How do I send a gift.
When you receive an invitation you will see monetary buttons, Click on the amount you wish to send and then follow the steps.
How do I create an account
Click “Advertise your business” choose a package that suits you and business, fill out the form and My Party will contact you with your log in details.
A valid email address is required and you create a password for your account
Provider accounts can not be created using the social log in buttons.

How do I edit my profile
Within your Profile Settings tab, you can edit your profile details.
How do I change my profile image/photo
Within your Profile Settings tab, click on your existing photo and you can replace with another image on your phone.
How do I know what details users can see
The Public Profile tab show exactly what the users can see when visiting your page
How do I create a promotion
Within your public profile tab, click on your Promotion Wall and there is a pencil icon in the top right which will allow you to create a new promotion. Promotions are notified to all users that follow your page.
How do I know how many users follow my page
On your public profile tab there is a users icon in the top right. Click on this to display a list of all users that currently follow your page.
How can I promote my page more
